I would spend $10's of dollars on these things when i was little. Had them on my desk right next to my bed. Would change the helmets according to what place/record they had during the season. Had the old school ones in the pic i'm gonna post. Had every baseball one except for a couple of teams. Eventually got to junior high and spilled vodka all over them and eventually they all faded away at some point(probably due to gambling and the hatred of some teams). Great article anyway here about them:

I was more a fan of collecting the baseball helmets filled with ice cream at the ballpark.

Im pretty sure I had all but one or two teams when I stopped collecting. I'm pretty sure the Seahawks were one of the ones I never got. I love those things.

that guy is sick, he made them for the xfl, arena league, euro leagues, even womens football leagues. impressive.

i have 6 rams ones on my xmas tree right now. someone once game me a rams checkers set and it came with 12 rams and 12 niners helmets. i didnt put any of the decals on the niner helmets so they could be NOtre Dame instead

Spent waaaay too much money on these as a kid.

I could never get a Bills helmet and when I finally did, one part of it was broken and the facemask wouldn't stay on. :x
