Do you know anyone that is able to vote this year and isn't. I'm 22 and regret not voting in the election last year. Somebody that i was hanging out with the other night is not voting this year because he said he doesn't care. How can you not care with the state that our country is in right now. I'm actually looking forward to voting this year

As far as the president goes, I won't be too concerned either way, as I am pretty evenly split issue-wise. But if we didn't have a two-party system....

good. If they can't vote with an informed opinion they shouldn't be voting. Democracy relies on an informed citizenry.....

People that don't care, should. They should vote for a 3rd party instead of not voting at all, even if they don't like the third party candidate,.. to open the possibilties of third parties in the future that they may care about.

Well, thanks to the EC, if you live in 30 states, there's not much incentive for you to vote. Voting for Bush in New York means nothing. Voting for Kerry in Texas means nothing. Abolish the EC and I bet voter turnout rises dramatically.
