If you were an athlete which team would have you shitting in your shoes? And don't limit yourself to physical intimidation, either.

I'd be sobbing quietly if I lined up at middle linebacker versus:

Joe Montana
Jerry Rice
John Taylor
Roger Craig
Tom Rathman

Yup QB's have admitted that they were scared to face this team. Grown men, in a tough sport, telling the world they are scared to play. :haha:

2000 Ravens. It dont matter if they had no offense, that defense was just scary

First team I thought of. I'd also like to add Buddy Ryan's Eagles teams...who not only were insanely talented, but weren't above intentionally trying to injure their opponents.

For basketball, I'd say the late 80's Pistons.

When talking about basketball it can really only be two teams....Bill Russell's Celtics, or the Bulls with MJ

the Pistons of that era intimidated MJ's Bulls for 2-3 years.

And the Celtics. Commonly know as the "Bad Boy" era of Detroit Piston Basketball.

They had some ledgendary brawls with the Celts, 76er's and Chicago .
