I did not expect 2007 to be as good as it has been, so I certainly won't do any predictions about 2008.

According to an interview in Pitchfork Media, The Black Keys were collaborating on an album with Ike Turner, to be produced by Danger Mouse and released in 2007. This album has been scrapped, but The Black Keys just completed recording another album. It is set for release early next year.

I don't know if it can be called a quiet year, new Mogwai is scheduled to come out. Mogwai is, if nothing else, not quiet. :D

You'd like it, Ceebs. It's nothing spectacular, but it's a good little album. His next one should be a bit more accomplished, for lack of a better word.
