I pretty much hate Christmas, and my family celebrates on Christmas Eve anyway, so I don't mind making time and a half while working tomorrow. I'm just hoping to not actually have to work. Holidays at the hospital I work at always seems to be either completely dead (I'll be bringing a book) or more action than on a normal day. I saw enough action on my birthday to carry me through the rest of this year. Maybe I'll even get to nap in an unused exam room tomorrow. Those are the best days. :D

Today they laid off all the seasonal employees and I was one of them. I was going to quit anyway, and I hate quitting, so they saved me the effort.

But I would rather work xmas eve than xmas, so that I could get drunk and not have to worry about feeling shitty the next day for work.
