For instance, I have the version of Trouble that Ed did this month at the LA concert with tenacious D. It is thus far the best version qaulity wise of Trouble I have ever heard. All except for the two minutes at the end of the sond where he is tuning and chatiing. Is there any way that I can cut out the last two minutes and just get the actual song without loosing any qaulity? If so what sofware do I need to gt and where if possible can I get it? Thanks for the HELP!!!!!

You need some kind of audio editor. I use Adobe Audition for that kind of editing. You will not lose any quality from editing it, so long as you resave it at the same sampling rate and format after you edit it.
There are other free or shareware audio editing programs out there as well. Just search one out and try it ;)

try freeware called mp3 direct cut at http://mpesch3.de1.cc/#mp3dc , the interface is a pain in the ass at first but once you get the hang of it it's pretty easy. you can change audio levels too for quiet recordings, its helpful for making mixes.

I got the whole Adobe video editing suite on eMule. Audition, Encore, Premiere, and After Effects, all the professional versions. I didn't install Audition, becasue I can't see myself using it.
