I just discovered half of a chicken cheese steak that's about six weeks old. I saw it, closed the door, and left it in there. I'll get to it tomorrow.

Go see what you got.

See, I fixed the title for you

This week I brought in to work a half gallon of milk for Carnation Instant Breakfasts. When I opened the mini-fridge in the kitchenette, I found what was left of the half gallon of milk from the LAST time I went on my instant breakfast kick . . . . about a month or so ago?? :? I gotta remember to throw that out now, sometime near the end of the day, though, cause. . . ew. I don't want to open it.

I guess the oldest thing in my frig would be Ole' One-Legged Joe. He's been on since his first voyage in Eighteen Odd-Seven.

I actually completely cleaned out my fridge a week ago, took out all the food, dumped the old stuff, removed all the shelves and scrubbed the whole thing down. Disgusting job, but satisfying to get done. It had been a year and a half since I did that. I found a couple of things that were bad many months ago.

Do you know that vegetables turn into a thick dark black liquid if you leave them in a bag in the fridge for long enough? FACT.
