Touring Fans is a documentary on Pearl Jam Fans, the phenomenon behind the band. The movie features interviews from over 100 fans from various shows during the 2006 world wide tour. It is divided up into 9 parts and has a total running time of 85mins.
"I kept pushing this back, but I just had way too much good material to not make something out of it. So this is it. Basically, if I shoved a camera in your face at any point during the 2006/07 world tour, you’re on this. And although the production level is nowhere near where I want it to be, I’ve ran out of time. I have not even touched the audio, but the video edits are complete so it is now viewable. And I wanted to get as many of you in it as possible, so I did not cut it down any further. Sorry for the Canadian tour people, all my footage from that tour suffered an unfortunate incident with one of my hard drives and is now lost. But the video quality and settings probably didn’t match anyways. So enjoy it and thanks for being the great people you all are!"

Oh Jason,
This is wonderful stuff. I've only watched 2 parts because i have to crash but it's outstanding. And I like the voice over. Don't listen to the others. That's a good script, a great documentary and I hope you can keep doing these. They're important. This is us at our most happy. Not on a message board bitching and moaning, but at the shows loving ever fucking song.

Passion. Yeah.
Thank you for making this. Great Job!

I only watched the first part so far but it's better than I expected. Fun to recognize some of the people in there (and seeing myself ) and some nice quotes about PJ. I might just as well watch the rest of it. Oh and The Gorge looks Gorgeous. Wish I could have been there.
that's not the same thing.. Jason has not made a DVD of this, he was very clear about that.

Thanks for the comments. Don't worry, I don't have much time for most things let alone time for worrying about what people think, especially on these message boards. As you can see, I'm rarely on them.
