Well it's in my anthropology book. Caption reads:
Fast food leaves its imprint on the body. The 4-year-old Russian boy on the right weighs 123 pounds. The Georgian boy on the left just turned 5 and weighs 112 pounds. After a wrestling match in which they tied, they went off to enjoy a meal in Tbilisi, Georgia, on July 9, 2003.
I thought it was kind of funny. Someone find that picture and post it.

He should've had one of those meals with the apple slices option. There should be a law passed that kids who weigh that much at that age are not allowed to have anything apart from the Diet Coke or the salad.
Then again, McDonald's having a healthy eating menu is a fucking rort. You dangle the allure of the artery-clogging Big Mac on the board for all to see, then expect a young chap to eat a mesclun salad? No way man.

i once read an article about how mcdonalds salads are actually as unhealthy as their cheeseburgers. had high amounts of calories, sodium, and fat from all the crap they add into it. true storiez.
