Post subject: so apparently i was supposed to pay a gas bill

the ad for my apartment said utilities included. today i saw a piece of mail i received in the name of a former resident from the gas company and thought that's odd why did a former tenant have a gas bill and i didn't. then my gas shut off, and i called my landlord to find out that i was supposed to pay a gas bill since august. quite disappointing.

You don't live in British Columbia do ya? Cuz if so then I would have been responsible.
It amazes me how many people do not setup their gas accts and then complain about reconnection charges stating it is our fault we didn't contact them to setup the acct.
