The supermodel kissed and fondled two female models and a male guest, while a crowd of onlookers snorted cocaine as they watched in an exclusive suite at London's Dorchester hotel.
A source told Britain's News of the World newspaper: "The three guests were kissing and caressing one another in the bedroom and about four or five other people were in the room watching.
"Kate pushed through and sprawled on the bed and the three all pounced on her.
"They teasingly took it in turns to kiss each other. Then the kissing became fondling and everything except full sex followed. Once word got out, everyone was desperate for a peep of Kate.
"She was loving the attention from the girls, the bloke and the crowd. It was standing room only.
"They were all over each other but it was her night."
Kate arrived at the £2,500-a-night hotel suite at 3am on Thursday morning (17.01.08) after partying at Punk nightclub with celebrity friends Bobby Gillespie, Davinia Taylor, Kelly Osbourne, David Walliams and Ronnie Wood.
Her rocker boyfriend, The Kills' guitarist Jamie Hince, waited in another room while Kate headed straight for the master bedroom where The Kills' new album 'No Wow' was playing.
The source revealed: "Security was watertight. Nobody made it through the suite doors who wasn't already on a pre-approved list. Once you were inside it was obvious why.
"People were doing cocaine all over the place. They were chopping out line after line on the expensive furniture and snorting it up with glee. The lights were low and there were scented candles all over the place.
"When Kate arrived she reached for Diamond Chaser, a cocktail of vintage champagne and cognac - and made her way to the master bedroom."
After running up a bill bar of £35,000 on vintage Dom Perignon champagne, vodka and cocktails Kate headed back to her new £8 million home in London's St John's Wood at 8am.
She had planned to party for 34 hours - an hour for each year of her life so far - but only managed 18.
