My brother was in a car driven by a drunk kid who had lost his license for drunk driving and was actually under house arrest, oh....3 years ago? They swung out of control and the car folded in half around a lamp post. My brother broke his collar bone and only got out of the car because another friend with big arms and an adrenaline rush literally ripped the seat in front of him out so he could move. The driver had to have CPR and be shocked back to life. They were 17.
Somehow, that kid managed to avoid jail time or death through 2 other near-death crashes and recently got busted for hitting a car with a family in it (no injuries) while drunk and then running away from the scene. What a fucking tool.

some girl told me he has a cracked skull and might be in a coma but she's also a huge embellisher so i'm taking everything she says with a grain of salt.
