Charges: This year's eminent toe-tappin' conservative queen of hypocrisy. Thought the Defense of Marriage Act was FABULOUS! -- because he personally needs legislation to keep him straight. Didn't work.

Crimes: If Fox News isn't quite asinine enough for you, just click on over to Headline News, where the CNN brand is eagerly defiling its vestigial credibility by giving an hour a day to the dumbest dumbfuck in dumbfuckistan, Glenn Beck.

The case against You was pretty lame this year.

Bush is kind of a cliche #1. I definitely hate Cheney more. Hannity should have made the list too.

I thought it applied more to Republicans 2006, not You 2007.

I don't think that's correct. It was the uneducated with nothing to lose that the Founding Fathers didn't want voting themselves ever larger portions of the treasury and the nation into bankruptcy.

Otherwise just the usual easy targets. Oh... you think AIDS sucks? Wow. I never thought about it, but boy are you right.

They failed there too.

You should be much higher, #1 would be appropriate. Otherwise I like the list.

Also, it is the people who invoke the Founding Fathers, not the Founding Fathers themselves, who should be on that list. It's hard to blame them for things happening 200 years after they were in power.
