Has this ever happened to anyone before? I remember a lot of the dreams I have during the night. They are very vivid and surreal. I sometimes seem to have trouble determining whether some memories I have are of real events (parts of them) or are memories of a dream I had at some point.

For the first five minutes that I am awake sometimes I have trouble distinguishing between the two, but after that I got it figured out.

sometimes during the day I realize there was something very real in my dream earlier on. Also, in my dreams I sometimes recognize things from previous dreams, and that's funny, because I'm not realizing I'm dreaming then, just amazed about the coincidences . Fortunately, when I'm actually awake, I know what really happened and what did not.

OMG, I do that too. It's like I've got a whole 'b-plot' going on in my brain. LOL.
I've had a few times where I've been dozing in bed w/ the ex and I'm not sure if we've had actual conversations, or if I've dreamed conversations.

i have this weird memory of wearing a football helmet at kindergarten when i was a kid because i would smash my head against walls . i asked my mother about it and she said it never happened - maybe it's from a dream or a movie or it was someone else...the annoying thing is that i'm just not sure it wasn't me - i keep on thinking i may have some troubled years before first grade (i was epileptic at that time and it suddenly stopped when i was 5 years old) and that my parents just refuse to tell me about it.
