I do this a lot in my coat, if it's already up I typically just leave it

i have a pea coat i wore when i backpacked through italy, my straps would always catch my collar and pop it for me. now it's stuck like that, but i think it gives the jacket character. i think it's okay to pop a jacket collar, but never a shirt collar.

It's called self respect. Now wipe that mayonnaise off your cheek, pig.

This thread ain't too bad. The 'I'm going to Paris all expenses paid' thread annoyed me though. Am I going to Paris? No. For Free? No. So why the fuck would I care?

As a sidenote perhaps I should mention I don't generally do that happiness for others crap.

I have my jacket collar up while skiing, or when it's cold outside. It makes me feel like Elvis.

I'd rather be seen with year old mayonaisse on my face, hands, and penis, then be caught walking around with a popped collar.

I see no problem with popped collars on pea coats or fleeces. As long as you aren't wearing a polo with a popped collar I think you're okay.

Mayo on the dick? You crazy son.
