I can't believe two years after going on a murderous rampage this waste of oxygen is still alive and well.

Talk about a waste of time.

This guy should have been shot on sight. 2 years later.... legal rambling is keeping a murderous evil bastard with no redeeming qualities alive.

This is a really really pathetic state legally. STUPID politicians.

What I'm getting out of it is that none of this would have happened if they would have just sought life without parole.

I find it rather difficult to argue against the death penalty when the individual in question continues to pose a threat even when in prison. :?

This guy deserves life in a Chilean prison. Chained to a well completely dependant on his family for food and no burden to the taxpayers of the state. People who he endangered or murdered have payed for his existance.

Why is it so difficult for the state to execute a guy who we have ON TAPE murdering people? the trial should take 5 seconds. He's a threat, he has no redeeming qualities and the world is a better place without him.

I'm not normally an advocate of the death penalty but this guy was on every news channel in the free world on a murdering spree. He's been captive for 2 years and nothings been done? If they shot him on site we'd have saved MILLIONS. All to prolong the life of a worthless murderous rapist bastard who is completely utterly useless.

He's wasting oxygen much less time and effort.

Hell how effective is having the penalty at all if it takes decades to administer?

What protection does it really give society, APD already let this idiot loose once.

That's the point though. Killing someone should be ridiculously complex, because you're KILLING SOMEBODY. That's why there's all those appeals.

Not this guy, and not Gary Hilton who just murdered and decapitated a hiker (and likely a few more along the way)

Like I said, 90% of the time I completely agree with you. These guys should be shot on site.

It's horrific we have to pay to keep them alive.

http://www.ajc.com/metro/content/metro/ ... ab_newstab

The world would be a better place if both of these guys were never born.

Thing is, the justice system has to work the same for everyone, or it's not a justice system. I'd rather these guys soak up a little taxpayer money than somebody innocent be killed.

yeah I went a little overboard with my comments, sorry. Still. The fact it's been two years and a guy who killed people in plain sight in the courthouse still can't get a trial? Ridiculous.

Probably shouldnt have posted about it at all. It just bothers me, that these types of people are around and nothing is done about them whatsoever... yet we're locking up drug users.
