 Post subject: External harddrive

I've got a Seagate External Hard Drive when I put it on it just makes a ticking noise & won't connect. :shock: :evil:

I got a few TB's worth of HD's by Western Digital for many year's now. They've been good to me too! :)

what the hell is the raid set up they talk about in the esata pcie card
i couldnt figure it out...also i need an esata cable they only sent a sata one :? anyway i have the wd my book 500 gb and its hooked up via usb right now...my comp wont boot because of the drives on/off feature it tries to boot when the computer does and screws it up...i turn it off manually but would like for it to turn on and off with the comp like its supposed too dammit! :x

any help appreciated...god i gotta take a shit
