ELAINE: What's this one? CLERK: That's cinnamon Babka. JERRY: Another Babka? CLERK: There's chocolate and there's cinnamon. JERRY: Well, we've got to get the cinnamon. ELAINE: No, but they got the chocolate. We'll be going in with a lesser Babka. JERRY: I beg your pardon? Cinnamon takes a back seat to no Babka. People love cinnamon. It should be on tables at restaurants along with salt and pepper. Anytime anyone says, "Oh This is so good. What's in it?" The answer invariably comes back, Cinnamon. Cinnamon. Again and again. Lesser Babka - I think not. CLERK: 49? ELAINE: I'll have the cinnamon Bobka. JERRY: … and a black and white cookie, for me. Peace!

It's a shame a lot of big grocery stores don't carry it anymore.
make your own:
Cinnamon Bread
2 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup granulated sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup sour milk or buttermilk* 1/4 cup vegetable oil 2 large eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla extract Topping (recipe follows)
1. Preheat oven to 350*F (175*C). Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Set aside. 2. Measure all ingredients in order given in large mixing bowl. Beat with electric mixer for 3 minutes. Pour into prepared pan and smooth the surface. Sprinkle with topping and using a metal spatula, cut in with a light swirling motion to give a marbled effect. 3. Bake for about 50 minutes or until tested done when a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. After 10 minutes, remove from pan to wire rack to cool. 4. Store tightly wrapped.

I like cinnamon on bread, but I fucking hate it when restaurants serve rolls or biscuits with cinnamon butter and it's dinner time. Mixing savory and sweet like that rubs me the wrong way.
