Thank god Sean Salisbury no longer works @ ESPN. He would be hammering the listening audience over the head on tonights 6 PM Sportscenter with all the reasons why Favre should be considered as Top 5 QB of all time. Personally, he was exciting to watch, but vastly overrated. I'd take at least 10 QB's from the late 80's/90's over Favre.

Rodgers did quite well in that Dallas game actually. I was impressed.

As for Rodgers, he was pretty solid in college, he just has to get over that whole Tedford curse thing. He's been in the system now for awhile, and should be able to pick up the offense rather quickly.

As a big Dolphins fan as well as a big Marino fan, I'm glad it was Favre that broke the records.
And I'm not sure that Favre's a top 5 QB all time, but he's definately in the top 10 and should definately be a first ballot Hall of Famer. 17 freaking years, a ring, all kinds of records, and without a doubt a household name. Not to mention he's one of the toughest QB's ever and played extremely well in Lambeau, not the easiest thing to do by a long shot.
