yesterday at a local pawn shop, i came across this gem,

anyone ever see this before or know how "rare" it is?

once i get some info on it, i'll admit to how much i paid for it

The Japan Singles is a one CD promo from Sony.

This is a bootleg boxed set, but it is a rare one and sells for quite a bit when available. I've seen it go anywhere from $80-$200!

Great find, and it looks flawless!

It's a booklet, the same size and shape as a cd, obviously, that is like a mini-biography. They used to have a bunch of them for all different artists in record stores back in the day. Words and pictures, it's pretty limited in info, nothing new to us.

I have that i found it in a used record shop for $30... i have never seen it sell on ebay for less than 200. Damn good find.
