If a Congressional inquiry tomorrow told the country that a conspiracy at the highest levels of government was launched in order to heavily damage (oops) the World Trade Center with jet aircraft used as weapons to support a restriction of national freedoms and give the ultimate justification to go back and finish the job in Iraq to give America a permant military influence in the region and drop the Saudis, and that the country bought everything hook, line, and sinker, what would happen to the stability of this country?

Well, while the story is convincing, so are the arguments against it. My main problem is having trouble believing things I see in Flash movies on the internet... it just doesn't seem like a very reliable medium.

Fair enough. Most crashes I've seen have involved long debris tails, and when I didn't see one for this crash I started wondering.

I always wondered why there was no video of the crash into the pentagon. This is all very interesting.

This conspiracy theory has a critical flaw that prevents me from taking it seriously: If that plane did not crash into the Pentagon, where is it now? Surely they would have been able to track the thing into the Atlantic, with radars and even the naked eye, had someone flown it into the ocean.
