I got confirmation today from my former employer (MSG Production) that PJ indeed does have the arena booked for June 24 & 25.
...I know I'm a ghost, or whatever... but those who know me from The Pit before Kat banned me (after 5,000 posts) know I used to work there. Anyway - Lets hope for a "real" tour! I live in the south now... let's fuckin' get some shows down here now!

PJ is definitely confirmed - and done.
Strange thing is that they said it was JUST confirmed today (wednesday). So, this probably explains part of the delay.
Here's the email from earlier:
Me: "Is pearl jam booked for a couple days in the arena? I'm looking for a reason to come up to the city, and that would be a great reason, if this is true. Hope you're playin' nice with the elephants!"
My boss: "Word travels fast. Just today I think they have confirmed dates June 24-25. Not on sale yet but will keep you posted. You know I will help you with tickets. Yeah, elephants arrived this morning and now the Knicks are not the only thing that stinks in this building!!"
