I just rewatched His Girl Friday. Great movie, great dialogue, Rosalind Russel was a fox... Anybody have any recommendations?

FOr me, the definitive movie from Hawks is The Big Sleep.
Bogart and Baccal at their peak, great dialogues, incomprehensible plot but that never bothered me, I am always taken by the atmosphere created.
To Have and have not is also a good movie.

In the westerns, you can't go wrong with Rio Bravo. And Gentlemen prefer Blondes is quite something too.

The guy made like two dozen classic movies. Red River, Rio Bravo, The Big Sleep, To Have and Have Not, I Was a Male War Bride, Scarface, etc. All great.

He also did the original version of The Thing From Another World, although he's only credited as the producer.
