this is so fucking cool.
too bad the dimensions arent the same as 1958. tonight its 201 feet down the LF line. I wanna see Manny or Papi or Loney or Andruw Jones hit one over the 60 foot fence they put up
largest attendance in MLB history maybe tonight, 115,000 people expected. lets go dodgers!

I wish I was there, heard traffic around the area is hell though. Go Dodgers!

some guy named Cash just hot a 3 run homer for boston to dead center field: about 310 foot home run
dodgers arent playing a left fielder. Ethier is playing about SS + 3 steps back, the 3B is playing on the IF grass, Pierre, Andruw Jones fielded a throw to 2B on a stolen base attempt
this is all kinds of fucked up!

I officially hate Juan Pierre more than Nancy Drew
this guy is a fucking waste. a pathetic garbage player. and Torre is going to hand this bum the dtarting LF job because hes got "experience" over Ethier, who has been the best hitter in all of ST this year
this is gonna SUCK

Are these ridiculous camera angles bothering anyone else? I obviously expected something a bit different because this place isn't set up for baseball but I don't think this is what I had in mind.

it looks like they're playing in a warehouse or something. this whole thing is very comical.

Earlier it looked like someone in a white shirt walked in front of the camera and when the changed angles it turned out someone stole second on Wakefield. That camera in right field looks like it's the same view from the visitor's bullpen at Fenway.

Oh shit, I forgot about this. Damn, it looks really strange. I hope the starters played a lot for all the people there. I'm willing to bet Nancy played since the game doesn't count.
HOLY SHIT LOOK AT LEFT FIELD!!!

I liked when Torre pointed out that 0-for-Juan can play LF because Johnny Damon also played LF with a horrible arm, leaving out the fact that Johnny is probably the best leadoff hitter of this era next to Jeter so his shitty arm can be tolerated while Pierre always has one of the worst OBPs in the league and no power. Good god, this guy brings nothing whatsoever to the table except speed which would be impressive if this was still the 1950s. Christ.

Pierre cant hit, hes the worst bunter in the NL, he NEVER draws walks, he has no arm in the OF, and when hes not handed whatever he wants he mopes around like a child
but hes got "experience"
