My printer has run out of ink and i was wondering how i could find out what specific ink i need to replace it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You can go to the manufacturer's website for the brand printer you have, and find out what printer cartridge it uses, and then go online and buy an replacement. There are also places that, depending upon the type of cartridge, will refill it for you for a fee. You could call one of those places and see if they can or are willing to tell you what type of ink it uses, and whether or not you can buy the ink and refill it yourself.

this might sound silly...
if its an inkjet, it might be cheaper to just buy a new one, depending on how much your ink cartridges are.
