Yeah, I know I'm two games late this year.

We really should be 2-0 right now, but too many missed opportunities cost us the game on Tuesday.

Anyway, once again, in a perfect world, Boston will win the division and the Jays will clinch the Wild Card (or vice versa) but I know I'm just dreaming here.

Looks like McGowan will go tonight. As long as the offensive holds up this team will compete with the big two.

It also looks like Stairs might be placed on the DL after all. Damn. Oh well, we'll see how Stewart performs.

stairs is allright and in left field, love how he's wearing short sleeves in the cold weather and everybody else is freezing!

McGowan looked great until the 6th, tie ballgame......maybe it's a good thing that big frank got ejected he looked pathetic at the dish, totally confused

Those are sweet. I think more teams should bring those back. I love the white section in the front of the hat as well.

Man... the Jays could easily be 4-0 right now, but I guess it's a solid start. The starters are looked pretty good through the first 4, we'll see how Litsch does tomorrow afternoon.

Having Hill and Rios locked up long-term is awesome!

Yeah, they really could be 4-0. Big win last night, though, even if I am a Sox fan.

Johnny Mac was the bomb today. Good job sweeping the Sox. These boys can play!

If We can perform as well against the Orioles and Devil Rays this could be a good year.

They are looking good for sure. I miss the good old days when the Dome was packed every night, hopefully it will be like that again soon. I haven't been to a Jays game in forever, I'm gonna try to get to a few this year.

Great series... the team looks as exciting as I could ever have hoped (hopefully they keep it going) and the fans seem really into it. The team really seems to have a lot of chemistry, which makes it so much more fun to watch.

I'm trying to come up with a good 2008 Blue Jays Drinking Game and I'd appreciate any input you guys want to give me, especially in the way of things that the announcers say (Tabler-isms etc.). So far I only have a few and they're all "on-field":

Every time Zaun throws his bat away, take a drink.
Every time Overbay calls for time at the plate, take a drink.
Every time Wells hits a pop up, throws his bat down in disgust and curses audibly, take a drink.
Every time Hill or McDonald make a great defensive play, take a drink.
Every time Thomas smirks after a questionable call, take a drink.
Every time the Jays lose a game that they should have won (i.e. last night), chug. And then continue drinking.
