So did you end up sticking with this through the 90 days?

I started this on Sunday.

Well hopefully I make it through. To try and get myself ready for it I started working out everyday for the last month or month and a half. So at least I'm in a pretty good routine right now, which should help. It's definitely intense. I think a few things should help me: I have motivation because I'm doing a surf trip to Mexico in May and I'd like to look good for all the pics and surf vids we'll be doing lol. I haven't drank a soda in over 3 months, and now only drink water and Gatorade, which is remarkable for me because I probably drank at least 5 sodas a day before. And I've been working on getting my diet healthier. I want to gain weight, so I don't have to be quite as extreme with it as they want you to be, so it shouldn't be as hard. And I've spent money on weights and protein shakes lol, so that's a good motivator. We'll see how it goes.

Still going strong. Day 23. So far I definitely feel myself getting stronger. Improved on pullups and pushups big time. Can't really see the results too much yet, but it's still early. Seems like most people start seeing bigger results around the 60 day mark. I've gained about 8 pounds or so, putting me at about 147-148ish. My goal was to be 150 by the end of this month, so it looks like I should accomplish that. Definitely recommend it at this point. Check out youtube videos of people showing their progress, it'll make a believer out of you. And its re-energized me.

but i always think when watching the commercials(don't ask me why i think of this, it just sorta pops into my head...): if the guys on that commercial used steroids, that would be the weakest batch on earth...

I'm about 5'7/5'8. I've been as big as 148 once before when I worked out for awhile. Typically I go between 137 and 140ish.

Actually, if they used steroids for those 90 days, then their results are pretty spectacular. To get the results that some of these guys get in "90 days" is almost unheard of, even with a good cycle of anabolics.

Search p90x on youtube dude, you'll see a lot of people documenting their 90 days. For the most part the results are very good, though not quite as good as the infomercial. I mean you figure they use the best of the best to sell their product. But there are still lots of people with really awesome results for 90 days.

I thought we were talking about an interesting approach to personal defense weapons. :?

I believe it was the FBI who determined that this cartridge provides insufficient penetrating power, even with the fully jacketed rounds. Is it even possible to have a Personal Defense Weapon that allows controlled automatic fire without sacrificing penetration?

my pal does this, got it from the philadelpia eagles' trainers and staff. apparently it's very popular with the players there, or at least the trainers and staff. he loves it and has been telling me to do it forever. i hardly do anything like this, just cardio, and i think i should probably start.
