I say yes. no official in any sport loves themself more or is more full of crap I think.

His strike zone changes seemingly every inning, he blows more calls than anyone else.... the guy just generally sucks at his job.

the only sports official that i actually know the name of (pro wrestling excluded) is ed hochuli (nfl)

CB Buckner is considerably worse. I really think he simply guesses on balls/strikes.

Before last year I thought the umpiring in baseball was pretty good.

There's bad umpires and assholes in the MLB. Bucknor is likely the worst umpire, with Laz Diaz and Hernandez close to second. For some reason black umpires have been awful. Eric Gregg was the worst umpire in history. Hernandez, Bob Davidson, and the always irritated Doug Eddings are the biggest assholes.
