We recently got Windows Vista and downloaded Windows Media Player 11...i installed my Creative Zen Touch MP3 player onto the computer with no problems, but when i open media player to sync some stuff to my MP3 player, it tells me:

'Your device is using an outdated driver that is no longer supported by Windows Media Player. For additional assistance, click Web Help.'

I've clicked web help, and tried downloading the programs that come up, but none of these are helping me.

Any suggestions, or anyone else had a similar problem?

Never had that problem on my mac.

Don't use wmp.
