So out of all of those, you only like two of them? Make your own list, I would like to see what people say and if there is anything that I missed.

The inclusion of Spongebob Squarepants shatters the credibility of your list.

ED! Nice. Can't believe I forgot that one. Freaks and Geeks is another one that I noticed I forgot.

I limited myself to series only so shows like The Daily Show or MST3K are not included. Also doesn't necessarily mean I liked the whole series, some shows had really good runs for a few season before petering out. Some I really liked more as a kid than an adult.
Arrested Development Fraiser Northern Exposure LA Law Cheers Everybody Loves Raymond South Park Simpsons MASH Dick Van Dyke Show Seinfeld Friends Married W/ Children Carol Burnett Show Roseanne Wonder Years Brady Bunch X Files Sopranos Dream On
The Office and 30 Rock may join this list later on but too soon to tell

Obviously, I disagree. It's very funny. Incorporates a lot of the style of humor of old school Warner Bros. cartoons, but also has this really smart sense of humor that I'm not sure kids even understand fully.
