Finally, my office mate had a track come up on her iPOD that rules -

She has Long Road off of that America's Tribute CD that was made after Sept. 11th.... which I didn't even realize had a PJ track.

So, Ed re-recorded it for that compiliation? When/where?

Anyone have an MP3 of it posted somewhere for download?

that is my favorite version. i bought the dvd that was released just for that song. i would be interested in having it in an audio form as well.

Ed recorded it with Neil Young and Mike. It was part of the America: A Tribute to Heroes. I don't know if you'll find an mp3 around here b/c it's commercially available.

didnt mean to break rule number two, but i figured it was out of print by now. you can still buy 2000 boots on amazon and ebay but people trade those.

I'm sorry, I didn't mean to imply "for free" for download, I just wanted to get the song, not the entire CD/LP/DVD. I guess I should have said "does anyone know where it is" vs. "have it". I've never used iTunes before, does anyone know if it is out there?
