As for promising shows that have yet to be announced or finalized, concertgoers should keep their eyes open for My Bloody Valentine this September, rumored Eddie Vedder solo dates and the possible return of Tom Waits.

oh well, there's NO WAY I can make it back to the US for August (not sure they'd even allow me back so soon :p), so I'll just have to hope for either some Euro venture, or maybe the Bridge I can fit.
enjoy

Anyone care to venture a guess as to how many dates will be included. It would think it would be similar the the West coast tour with about a month of shows, mainly on the East coast.

I would think it would be more along the lines of the first leg of the 2006 tour.

If this is true, I am seriously considering flying over to see at least 1 show. I don't think that in 10 years time I will be able stand the thought of having missed out.

Flying to see these shows was a truly priceless experience. I only went to Santa Cruz and I went with my brother who lives in Northern Cali. Eddie really was good to the santa cruz crowd and it really felt like one big camp fire. Considering he wasnt even gonna play there but portland had fallen through made it special. And ten club gace me seats 3rd row center

Oh man, I've been so excited about this rumour, but really, I'm aching for some confirmations so I can start planning my summer holiday. Either this, or if these rumours arent true or dates outside my summer holiday Í wanna go survivaling in the Belgian forests.

I listened to the Berkeley boot and seems like an intimate show between Ed and the audience. You can hear it clearly through the crowd.
So I'd love to see Ed's show gig as well.
