I'm going to be out of the country when he comes to new york, and i would have loved to see him do his new material. has anyone seen him perform with his new material?
I saw "comedian" a while ago and saw excerpts of his new stuff...but i haven't seen a full show. would love to hear of a review if possible. thanks.

i am not going to see him this tour, but i saw him in 2006. it was pretty good, he basically talked about his life the whole time, not a ton of jokes about current events, but stuff about his wife, his kids, he talked about doing bee movie, which at the time he had just finished. the end was a bit of a let down though, he did a q+a session, and every question was about if he would do a seinfeld reunion in some form or another.

I saw him in '06, too, and he was funny. Steven Wright destroyed him, though, in the same venue just a few weeks later. I was crying by the time Steven was done, and 1/3 of his jokes I'd already heard enough that they weren't funny anymore.
I felt terrible for Seinfeld during the Q&A, though. I suppose you invite it, but there were three questions and they were all about the show. The last one was a "Will you say Hello, Neuman?" He said it and left. I would, too, I think.

They're pretty expensive. I paid about 85 bucks apiece to see him a few weeks ago in Atlanta. It was funny but didn't blow me away. Honestly, it seemed really short. Lots of talk about his wife and kids and being on tour. I thought it was cool that seemed to have a general knowledge about Atlanta, though, and made a couple of jokes that were definitely Atlanta specific. And, yes, at the q&a he was asked about another tv show.
It was cool and I'm really glad I went but I probably wouldn't pay that much again.
