It is the one at the end of JSBX's Xtra-Acme, in case you don't know.

Wrong zeb, the correct answer would be The Gaping Lotus Experience at the end of Opiate.

The best hidden track I ever heard was on the Gas-0095 album (http://www.highskies.com)

Navy Bean. So well hidden, it has yet to be found.

isn't there a hidden track on the end of purple. if that's a hidden track it has my vote. Otherwise I'm with MF

It's kind of annoying honestly, and doesn't make sense as far as mp3's are concerned. No way do I want to sit through all the silence or fast forward to get to the last song if I want to hear it.

I'll go with the one at the end of Deftones' Around the Fur, Damone. My Second Album (the STP Purple track) is a close second.

I like the one on undertow better. THESE ARE THE CRIES OF THE CARROTS!
I almost got into a fight with someone one time at a party, because I yelled that at him and he thought I was making fun of his band - Chaos Rabbits.

Disgustipated is quite awesome.

How about NIN - Suck? That's a fav though technically these aren't hidden, they're tracks 69 and 99 respectively.

some albums had the hidden track before track 1... the x-files soundtrack is like this. you have to pop the CD in and rewind. it's weird.
