Are you road tripping for a Pearl Jam concert (or several)?

What CDs are you taking?

I'm driving 4-5 hours each way to Columbia, SC. I've got a 24 disc CD wallet.

If Pearl Jam would release 8-tracks, I would pack them.

I'm driving from Boston to Norwalk, CT (3 hrs), then up to Hartford (1 hour), then up to Mansfield from Norwalk (almost 3 hours), then from Boston to Mansfield (about an hour, more with traffic). So about 8 hours of driving time...not a lot compared to some, I'm sure, but I'll need a lot of tunes.

I'm battle testing some boots now, but I'm going to go with some old reliables when I'm by myself (the Boston-Norwalk and Norwalk-Mansfield legs...6 hours in a car by myself, sweet): Buffalo '03, the Boston and Philly '00 shows, the Boston '03 shows, Atlanta '94, all 3 Boston shows from '94. I will probably throw random shows from '00 and '06 onto my iPod. I like boots before shows, not studio albums, so that's what I'll stick with; but they're all on my iPod just in case.

When there are other people in the car with me, I've got the Green Habit compilation to mess around with. Plus all the boots. I'm overstimulated right now since the tour has started; hot damn, this is going to be fun.
