Is anyone else watching this on Discovery the past couple of weeks?
Its incredibly interesting, plus its neat to see all the space footage in HD.

i've been watching. yes, it's awesome. the space footage is ace.

I didnt realize they had so much early footage.
They also didnt pull any punches about Challanger.

love this in HD. wouldn't it be odd to stand on the moon, be in the light and be able to see everything, but when you look above, all you see is a black sky?

Its all kinds fucked up. How about the one old astronaut who talked real slow.. but just was so matter of fact about "I heard the news when i was on the moon"

How about the first American spacewalk; that guy hanging out there, only attatched by a rope and then an extra glove from the hatch comes flying out

or the footage of the spacecraft blasting off from the moon.
