The Deadliest Catch which is on the Discovery channel tuesdays. Anyone watch this incredible show? It's about the most dangerous job in the world -- crab fishing in the Bering Sea. Just an amazing show.

I'm sure it's just like The Perfect Storm.

I saw the words deadliest catch, then crabs and I thought this show was going to be about venereal diseases.

I watched it during the season and caught a few episodes during the marathon on Memorial Day. I don't believe it's the deadliest job in the world, sure seems like the most exhausting anyways.

Didn't bother searching for other threads on this.

It's a really cool show.

Well, there appeared to be some sort of argument there but my dad picked a good time to call me and I have no idea what just happened.

I'm convinced this show wouldn't be nearly as great with someone other than Mike Rowe narrating. I think I have a man crush or something.

there was a time when it seemed the only thing on Discovery was Deadliest Catch. Tough tough job not for someone like me who gets blisters pointing.

I know it is unfair (kinda like hating Pearl Jam b/c Creed exists), but I hate Deadliest Catch for spawning 9 million stupid ass shows about guys doing dangerous jobs in shitty conditions (e.g., swamp loggers, ice road truckers, tougher in alaska, etc). Those shows are the lamest bullshit ever and it seems like History, Discovery and similiar channels insist on each having thier dumb ass show about guys doing crazy shit in bad weather. There are like 19 shows about loggers -- I feel like I'm watching the Onion instead of actual, real TV.
