Tons of people were taking flash photos at Newark, at least for the first few songs. I think the ushers may eventually have gone around and asked people to stop though, I kept seeing them pointing their flashlights at people in the crowd. They only seemed to be checking bags, not bodies, and not using metal detectors.

Getting a camera in is pretty easy. And don't use the flash - unless you're within 15 ft, it's not going to help anyway.
