you know that noise that utorrent makes when you finish downloading a torrent? its making that noise, like every 10 or 15 seconds. but utorrent isnt running. ive turned everything off one by one. i think is spybot. the new updated one. but i cant figure out how to turn off that noise.

I didn't know uTorrent made a noise when a torrent was finished. Mine never has.

Do a search for all .wav files on C:, then play the ones that may be the culprit. When you find it, delete it.
