How would I go about making a best of dvd from my current meager collection? What software would I need to use? and would I need to reencode anything?

tools like dvd decryptor, dvd shrink & windvd is what i use.
what parts of the video you want, use dvd shrink to rip the vob files.
later i add the vob i want to use for a project with windvd maker.
even with nero.

there's a freeware app, that can compine the .vob files to one huge .vob file.
had that app on this pc, but totally forget now.
