This idea might not work out, but since whining about the polls is a rite of passage for anyone that follows college football, I thought I'd try and see how we'd rank the teams. Go ahead and PM me your top 25 before the season starts and I'll compile the results and release our own rankings. Maybe will do this again during the season if there's any interest.

Great, another wasted 2 hours of my life coming up with my top 25. Thanks Nick!

Because I think that pre-season polls are ridiculous and that polls shouldn't be released until mid-October after conference play starts (they unfairly influence final polls regardless of quality of play or results), I would be a hypocrite to rank teams right now.

Therefore, Nick, I respectfully decline the invitation to participate in this thread (I, of course, will still mock other peoples' picks).

Cool idea though. Nick gets an "A" for effort.

Somehow, I thought you'd say this exact same line of thinking when I saw you posted in here. :haha:

I'll keep everyone's picks confidential, so the only mocking will be of RM as a whole.

I'll be compiling the results and post them on Wednesday. Just a friendly reminder for anyone else that wants to get in to do so before them.
