does anyone know where I can get the satans bed from this show. It was the fisrt timeit was ever played live. It was part of the Dissident box set. They left Not for you, whipping, and satans bed out. I really want to hear this.
The song before this was Rats. At the end Ed is singing torture than reward, I'd stop to talk but Im already in love. It cuts off though.

My friend and I recorded a quick cover of this a while back. He wanted to know how the drumbeat was played so I played him this live track and we pulled this rollicking version off in a single take.
Its too bad the studio version didn't have the energy of this live debut.

Just listened to that mp3, man i forgot how awesome a version that is. Maybe that's why they stopped playing it for so long. They figured they'd never top it again.

Hi, great song and classic show. The songs you're looking for are below. They did not perform Not For You, some lyrics from it were added to the end of Blood.
Satan's Bed - "We dont even know this song but...um....fuck it play it anyway thats right."

Betterman was also played that night but all of these songs were left off the official Dissident set single as they had not been released yet; Vitalogy came out in December of that year. In addition to the links above you can find them on various compilations from the time.

Thunder Bay 05 is better.
incorrect. had you said 3/29 then you would have been correct.

I was actually at Thunder Bay and it was pretty amazing, and I've listened to the Atlanta show many times. However, Soldier Field '95 will always and forever be number 1 in my heart. Amazing show and it was my first.
oh yeah...Atlanta '94 version of Satan's Bed is easily the best version.

Just to be clear here: I was NOT joking. I cannot compare it with other Canada 05 shows, but let's just say it's up there on that incredibly high level they're all on.
