Anyone got any new info on this situation? To me, from the limited amount I have seen and read, they are guilty.
But I would love some new info or developments.

paradise lost makes you think, hmmm something seems a bit off...
paradise lost II lets you know that fucking byars (sp?) guy killed all three of these boys and the westmemphis3 got one raw fucking deal
Yeah, I've seen "Paradise Lost", a while ago, and I still wasn't convinced of the kids' innocence. Who is Byars? Is he the tall dude that was one of the victim's stepfather?
If it was, he definitely seemed shady. And the part about he and his wife doing Rydalin was a trip.

yea, there was definatly somehitng off about the stepdad, and it was enough to make me doubt the 3s guilt

both of you NEED to see part II... there are so many convincing arguments that Mark John Byars (i think that's his name) did this that it will probably make you ill, and you will definitely be extremely pissed off
when i went to visit some friends in phoenix, they knew nothing about the wm3, so we went out and rented paradise lost, which i had not seen... i had only seen part II... after we watched it, they really werent too convinced, and i could understand why... it frustrated me because i had seen part II and was convinced... so see #2 and youll have no doubts

The last news I had was that artists, Henry Rollins included, were trying to raise money to fund the DNA testing that would prove these boys innocent, testing that the court refuses to have conducted and paid for as part of the trial itself. I haven't seen anything about whether or not the DNA testing was conducted, nor if it had been submitted into evidence as part of an appeal.

PS: I personally believe they did NOT commit the crime at hand, and I hope that if that is true, if they did not, that they are eventually vindicated. Unfortunately as they sit and wait, their lives pass them by, and it does nothing to bring the boy lost back, nor bring the actual criminal to justice.

Life Lesson: Don't let your lawyers allow you to end up in jail in Arkansas.
Maybe they should move the Michael Jackson trial to Arkansas....
