Which kind does everyone like? Personally I prefer "trail mix".

Does the description on the box match the description of the resulting bowel movement?

There's not a food product from Kashi that I don't absolutely love. Right now I'm eating a bowl of their Go Lean Honey and Nuts oatmeal, but I often have their Go Lean Crunch for breakfast too. They make pretty good frozen pizzas as well. Last night I had chicken alfredo pizza. Have you ever had their energy bars? Best ones on the market. They even beat Fiber One, which I also love.

I'm thinking about tracking down the Ceo of Kashi and facebook friending him.

Meh, some are good (frozen meals, pocket sandwiches, pizzas), some are great (GoLean Crunch, dark chocolate chip cookies, and cheese crackers), some suck (Vive Cereal, TLC Crunch Granola Bars).

They taste fine, but they'll definitely choke you to death. Have a glass of water and an EMT standing by.

I gotcha. Fair enough. I always carry a water bottle so we're good. Those whole almonds they put in there are ftw.

Their frozen food lunches/dinners are pretty good as far as frozen food goes.

The Lemongrass chicken & Pesto Pasta are my favs.
