When I was little, the land before time. More recently, dragon and AI. The funny thing is, each time it was only when the credits came on. Also the wall.

The only time I've really cried was with What's Eating Gilbert Grape? when i watched it around 2 years ago. I've seen the movie before and I know I was really down at that time, but it still is a very emotionally stirring film to me.

Most recently The Diving Bell and the Butterfly, which led to me and my brother coining a new verb:

Schnabel-to make even the most stoic individual extremely emotional through incredibly potent imagery.

Ex.-"I just saw a dying pigeon use its last breath to feed its young and now I'm all schnabeled."

Glory
Children of Men
Platoon
Leon
Stand By Me
Big Fish
City of God
King Kong (Peter Jackson's)
Empire of the Sun
Beautiful Girls

Monsters Inc.
Return of the Jedi
Planes Trains and Automobiles
Into the Wild
Fellowship of the Ring
Return of the King
United 93

I really need to watch this again, I remember being really into it for the first 2/3 or so of the movie, and got distracted during the last 1/3 and never got around to fully watching it. I do remember it being very powerful.

I watched that for the first time a couple months ago. I didn't cry but the movie was moving. I get it.

I watched Edward Scissorhands a few weeks ago. I've seen it before but it's been years. This also moved me. Johny Depp with scissors as hands, FTW!
