It's all well and good if you have an Intel PC, updating to it isn't a problem. Whereas me, I have an AMD, I installed it and the whole computer basically fucked itself. Googled it, and service pack 3 can only be installed a certain way with AMD, so I'm not going to bother. But all in all, there aren't many things different. It'll all be just hotfixes and stuff which can be downloaded through the Windows Update utility anyway.

At work it completely fucked up everything on my computer. Couldn't print, couldn't use FTP, just a disaster.
At home, no complaints. User beware.

AMD, huh? Trying to be an individual? Let me guess, you also use Firefox? Because you're unique? You're not of those intel, internet explorer sheeple?

:P

Yep, AMD, Firefox, I wouldn't be without them!

The bitch is, this isn't a custom made computer, had I had a choice, I would've gone with Intel (still would've stuck with Firefox!) But if you honestly want to take a look at a shitheap, Google a Compaq Presario SR1420AN and see how bad my machine is!
