This was officially announced today. Brett Ratner at the helm. I'm very skeptical.

As for GoW3, cannot effing wait.

As for GoW:CoO (PSP), it's a great game, and the controls were suprisingly mapped well to accommodate the lack of a second analog stick - I was pleasantly surprised. I played through on Hard, and am stuck at the absolute final battle. It's been a month or two since I gave it a shot, but the most frustrating part for me is that you have to wade through a 45 second cut scene before the fight, and if you lose, you have to go through the cut all over again. No skipping it. Makes for a frustrating gaming session when you're having problems with the fight as I am... :x

yeah, i hated not being able to skip that crap on that fight. i died a few times on normal and it was more frustrating not being able to skip, than it was dying. awesome game, but a little short
