I think it's the 3rd and final map pack & a prologue single player campaign.

The last update / content for Halo until the next xbox console & Halo 4.

(not counting halo wars)

-FPS; not squad-based
-uses Halo 3 engine
-takes place during Halo 2
-will have its own multiplayer maps

There will need to be a definitive uniqueness to differentiate the Recon protagonist from the Master Chief. I wonder what it will be.

i tried playing halo 3 and realized that ive been playing the same damn game over and over agin.
im done with that series.

This was pretty good. Short, as you'd expect, but good. This is what was missing during Halo 2 and 3.

Played a little of this yesterday and was impressed.

the 'firefight' mode is the best. its also the only one ive played so far, but holy shit its intense. you basically play against the covenant for as long as you can survive. kind of like mercenary mode in resident evil.

Kind of exactly the same as horde from gears.

man, halo is so innovative coming up with that horde mode

They even copied their own game and re-released it for the double dip.

ive played gears of war. extensively. this is better.

Everyone loves tearing Halo down.

This game offers almost nothing new. This should've been an expansion DL, not a full priced (2 disc!) game. I feel bad for anyone who threw down $50 for this retread. Oh, but it's got Nathan Fillion and Tricia Helfer!
