Excellent question, T :peace: 8)

Mine might be The Voyage Home as well, I remember liking to watch that multiple times back when the VHS came out. And dude I remember Katherine Hicks was supposed of sort of be "the big new thing" from that :P

"Can you show us please to the nuclear wessels?"

Wrath and Generations. The one with the Borg was pretty good, with some unfortunate weaknesses. Plus it had that hilarious "Noooooo" moment....Picard's little version of Kirk's Khancall.

The Star Trek movies tend to be less than awesome...the formula isn't as strong as the shows. Kudos to Ronald Moore for killing Kirk, but Moore's later work surpasses Trek by a longshot.

DS9 was just as good as BSG....as far as favorites I always thought 2-4 was a great unoffical Star Trek Trilogy....

Actually none of the TV incarnations ever really appealed to me at all, but I've always been a fan of the films. As much as I realize Final Frontier was panned, I thought it had some pretty cool elements mixed throughout.

Wrath, Undiscovered Country and First Contact

I think Undiscovered Country is my favorite.

Those are in my opinion the best 3 as well.

IV is just stupid.

Wrath of Khan, obviously. I really like the first one too, especially the DC.

I only just saw the first movie probably less than 5 years ago, and really dug it. I'd never really realized that so much time had in fact passed between the series ending and the motion picture. But I really enjoy how the plot resolves in that the threat the entire time was from something we here today had put into space ourselves, and for the best of reasons. Made for a cool 'circle of life' kind of element.

The BSG episodes Exodus 1 & 2 was probably the best televison I ever watched and I watch a lot of TV. Still the Dominion War arc on DS9 was fantastic and with the exception of those two BSG episodes I mentioned every bit as good as BSG. BSG has a suprising amount of filler episodes for such short seasons...great show though.
