It's not available on torrent, by wishes of the maker. I can sort you out with a B&P though.

While I understand that if a taper asks for a recording not to be circulated through specific means it has to be respected, can anyone tell me what's the point of requesting a recording not be torrented, but circulated throughout the community in other means?

Torrenting makes people lazy and rots their brains. Most folks have so few brain cells left these days, what with booze, pot, hanging out in the GD forum, and watching Sarah Palin I think the taper was trying to do everyone a public service by requesting it not be torrented and jeopardize future generations of PJ traders.

This, plus the art of B&P is dying. It's a much more satisfactory experience.

Basically, these DVD's have official cd tracks and a couple of video clips towards the end that make it basically not for trade. But because I'm kind, I've shared it around with a few people, fair enough because I paid for it.

Isn't it like software or movies? If I pay for it and copy it to give to a friend for free, it's not illegal. I'm making no profit off it, so it's not piracy. Same case with trading, is it not?

As for torrents, well as everyone has said, it makes people lazy and not wanting to do things the old fashioned way. Some people have a download limit and wouldn't be able to get it, and I'm one of those people. So basically in favour of those people like myself, this is to be traded.

I have to wait. If I am not home or I don't catch the carrier I have to wait until the next day and the post office doesn't open until 8:30am so I have to wait to lunch time, but by lunch time the line is out the door so I have to wait until 5pm, but tomorrow evening I am taking a friend out for dinner so I don't know that I will be able to make it tomorrow at 5pm either. Ugh.

That sucks. I'd just write "REFUSED" on the slip, and let them return it to sender.
